Where "Pleasing you is our Specialty!" One Fine Canine is a "low-volume" professional grooming salon, located in a friendly home environment. We offer spa quality products and over 20 years of dog grooming experience. We specialize in dogs under 60 pounds. We can offer you what few other salons can: personal appointments......always! This guarantees each pet individual attention and a low stress atmosphere from the moment you drop off your pet until the moment you pick him up. We treat each dog as a member of our family. We are vet recommended.

Where We Are Located: (We are worth the drive....experience for yourself what sets us apart!)
We are located on Rt. 441 just outside of Penfield....next to the Gananda Parkway. Its not as far as you might assume! We are only 20 minutes outside of the City of Rochester....and only five minutes away from the shopping and dining in Penfield. We are located only ten minutes away from the Super WalMart in Macedon and also the village of Fairport. There is lots to do nearby while your pup gets pampered.

PLEASE
give your dog a potty walk down past the pine trees before coming into our home for your
appointment. Clean up bags can be provided if you do
not bring your own.
For the safety of your pet and ours, all dogs must be on a short leash or in your arms at all times, even inside our home.
Seniors and those with physical disabilities:
we will gladly meet you at your car for drop off and pick up
times so that you do not need to
walk with your pet.
For the safety of our children and
pets present in our home we no longer accept dogs with aggression/fear
biting related behavior issues.

Appointments: "One Fine Canine" is only open by appointment. One Fine Canine’s location is first and foremost our home. This is why we do not list our address here. We will gladly offer directions when we speak on the phone. Thank you for your understanding. Please be on time for your appointment and for picking up your pet so that our family’s daily activities are not held up. We are currently taking appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. Evening appointments are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note: these days are subject to change depending upon our children's school activities. The normal stay for a small to medium sized dog is one and a half to two hours. Please plan your day accordingly. Appointments fill up fast so it is highly recommended that you book your next appointment in advance. Currently the wait for an appointment is 2 weeks. Saturdays are a 3-4 week wait. Missed appointments are a financial loss. Please call at least 2 days ahead if you need to reschedule or cancel so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. Thank you for your understanding.
